Well-integrated notes of ageing perceived in the mouth, though with a surprising freshness. In short, a wonderful balance between the smooth, fruity character lent by the blended varieties, and the body resulting from more than 30 months of ageing. Ideal with red meats and different roast dishes. Pairs well with fish stews.
