The Cava Estruch Gourmet Range offers two totally new products on the market, with a radical mix of foreign grape varieties. Our Brut Nature Gran Reserva is a coupage of Pinot Noir (vinified in white) and Chardonnay, achieving a surprising balance, magnificent creaminess on the palate, and clean olfactory potential on the nose. With the Cuvée Les Solanes Nature Reserva, we decided to add the traditional Xarel.lo to the characteristic Chardonnay (both fermented in allier oak barrels), together with the finesse of the Pinot Noir (vinified in white in stainless steel tanks). It is creamy on the palate with well-integrated carbonic acid, and has a delicate hint of bitterness from the wood.
